The eLockbox Showing Vault by VaultLOCKS is an app that is paired with VaultLOCKS’ eLockbox smart lock. Designed to be an intuitive process for realty agents, the app allowed management over who may enter a house, monitor how long their stay was, and to manually request a showing.
The application’s user flow was built in cooperation with the client. It went through multiple user testings with realty groups to smooth out any difficult processes. All development work was handled by the client’s in-house team, but they had little experience with the front-end design and UX approach for an app.
The app is available for both phone and a responsive web version.
TPA Stream helps facilitate the movement of health insurance claims across (often competing) software systems. They requested assistance in modifying their primarily Bootstrap-based UI to fit their brand better and further optimize the user flow.
The first test run of this new process (where we design and suggest improvements and their in-house team implements it) was the Integration Manager section. This part of the application helped coordinate what information was flowing each system and who would be notified when errors arose. This required multiple levels of user interaction for adding new workflows, editing said workflows, and what sort of errors should be seen on the overview page.
